Over the past 8 years, CBG has developed a highly-skilled, stable, national interviewer workforce that can consistently collect high quality data and deliver high response rates.
CBG's sophisticated field-monitoring and training systems have ensured consistently high response rates across a variety of national household surveys both face-to-face and telephone-based. High response rates are essential, especially in public policy research where the findings can directly determine the allocation of public funds and other resources. In population surveys, the lower the response rate, the higher the likelihood of non-response bias being introduced. This results in the findings of the survey being non-representative of the population and as such they cannot be relied upon to make informed policy decisions.
CBG interviewers are highly trained and are able to effectively engage and recruit respondents from all ethnicities and backgrounds. As a result, the ethnic composition of survey respondents often correlates closely to the population as a whole. This is, once again, imperative in ensuring accurate representation.
