2016 New Zealand Mental Health Survey
In 2016 CBG completed fieldwork for the New Zealand Mental Health Survey (NZMHS); an annual, nationally-representative survey that assesses depression rates, monitors community-based stigma towards those suffering mental distress, measures psychological distress rates, gauges social connectedness, and appraises societal knowledge of mental health illnesses. 2016 represented the second administration of the survey, and was the first time that CBG undertook the data collection on behalf of the Health Promotion Agency (HPA).
