Māori Provider Capacity Assessment Tool
The MPCAT is a self-assessment instrument that helps Māori providers identify capacity strengths and indicates areas for further development. Information provided within the MPCAT assists both the Ministry of Health and Māori health providers to determine the appropriate investment required whilst also providing a useful framework for measuring growth in organisational capacity over time.
